Woman Plus

    Woman Plus is a personal cycle tracking system that helps women to plan their family life. The program enables you to register all significant events during the day – events concerning not only your menstrual cycle (like availability of cramps, intensity of bleeding, bloating, post menstrual syndrome etc.) but as well as those relevant to your usual everyday activity (appointments, secrets, headaches, sex, protection, weight).

The main features of Woman Plus are as follows:

• Because of the built-in cycle prediction mechanism Woman Plus is able on the base of the information of your past menstrual cycles and their length to foresee when your next cycle will be. This helps you organize yourself and your time better.

• You can quickly figure out which are the best days for taking vacation in order to be able to enjoy it at most.

• To be aware of the ovulation periods is very important for each woman. In case the woman wants to become pregnant – having sex during these days will strongly increase the probability of occurring of this event. Otherwise, if you have not got any desire to become a mom (in this instance) then during these periods try to avoid sexual relationships or at least provide against this.

• If you are accurate enough in entering all important information about your current physical status then the database of the program will become quite rich and valuable – be sure that your doctor will highly appreciate the detailed data that you will be able to provide.

• If you are taking pills as a contraceptive or any other pills (during an illness) Woman Plus will never forget to remind you to take them on time. The only thing you’ll have to do is to set an alarm.

• In principle, it is possible to set an alarm not only when you have to take your medicine but also in the cases in which you would like to be reminded about forthcoming Birthday, Party, Date, Business appointment or Concert.

• The program provides detailed information about your Cycle History, Temperature Charts and Alarm History.

    Download the .zip archive on your desktop PC. Install the program by double-clicking on the Setup application file. When the ActiveSync installation is successfully completed, you will be able to start Woman Plus by tapping on its icon, located in folder All of your device.

    The Menu button is located at the upper left corner of the screen. If you tap on the question mark at the upper right corner of the screen, a new screen will be opened providing detailed information about the way of using of the selected screen.

The program uses different colors to indicate menstrual, fertile, predicted menstruation and regular days. The actual menstruation days are shown in pink color, the fertile day are in green color and the predicted days of the next menstrual cycle are in light pink.

Initially, when you first run the application all days are colored in white. As soon as you enter a single menstrual day (to do this tap on a day of the calendar, then choose the intensity of bleeding) the program computes the fertile days and predict the next cycle.
