Ngiaze2D

A freeware game that allows you to generate mazes of different sizes and try to solve them.

Introduction

Ngiaze2D is a game that lets you generate mazes and try to solve them at your own time. If you are unable to solve the current maze, you can select the solve maze option that will display a path to the goal from your current position. Future updates might include 2 player modes.

How to use

When you first enter NgiapUrl, you will see the main screen. The available options are Play, Options, About and Exit. The Exit button will bring you back to your launcher. The About button will show the credits. The Options button brings you to an Options screen where you can change the options for the game. Currently only the maze width option is available, and it determines the width of each maze element. The smaller the maze width, the harder it is to solve the maze. Currently all maze widths are available, but keep in mind that maze widths above 20 will be too simple to provide much of a challenge, and maze widths below 3 are not meant for playing and might produce an error. Future updates of Ngiaze2D might provide the ability to play the 2 player modes.

The play button will generate a maze based on the current maze width for playing. Use the hard buttons to move the dot to the goal, which is the cross at the bottom right corner of the maze. The DateBook button and Todo List button will move the dot left, the Address List button and Memo or Notepad button will move the dot right, and the Page Up and Page Down buttons move the dot up and down.

During the game, you can tap the menu silkscreen button to bring down the menu, with two available choices. End Game will terminate the game and bring you back to the main menu screen, Solve Maze will solve the maze and display a path to the goal from your current position.
