Crystal Popup Suite is an advanced popup program suite, allowing invocation of a wide number of functions from within any other application! That's right, no more switching back and forth between applications just because you wanted to jot something down or make a quick calculation.
The following functions can all be accessed, within any application, with a single keypress or graffiti stroke:
- Calculator
- Memo edit
- Notepad/Draw
- Stopwatch/Timer
- Application launcher/silkscreen launcher
- Time and battery watcher
Additionally, Crystal Popup Suite comes with a clean, great looking interface and is completely configurable.
Once you start using Crystal Popup Suite, you'll wonder how you ever managed without it!
Palm OS: 5.0 or above.
Screen: Color screen, minimum 16 bit color.
Crystal Popup Suite is distributed as an archive (with the extension .zip), and you must first use a tool such as Winzip (see http://www.winzip.com) to unzip the package.
In the archive you will find the following files/folders:
- CrystalPopupSuite.prc
- CrystalPopupSuite.html
- MathLib.prc
- README.txt
- Manual/
- Skins/
CrystalPopupSuite.html is the file you are currently reading.
CrystalPopupSuite.prc is the program file.
MathLib.prc is needed to support the calculator function of Crystal Popup Suite. MathLib is used by many Palm programs and you may already have it installed.
README.txt contains last-minute information and quick instructions.
Manual/ is a directory containing the manual for Crystal Popup Suite. Double click the file index.html inside the directory to bring up the instructions.
Skins/ is a directory containing palm databases with alternative looks for Crystal Popup Suite. You can double click one or more of the files in this directory to install them to your Palm during the next Hotsync. You can select your installed skins from the "Skin" preference screen in Crystal Popup Suite.
To install the program, double click CrystalPopupSuite.prc. If you don't have MathLib installed already, also double click MathLib.prc. Also double click one or more of the files in the Skins folder if you want to be able to select different looks for Crystal Popup Suite. Complete the installation process by performing a Hotsync operation with your Palm handheld.
Important note! Crystal Popup Suite must be installed to RAM! If installed to an expansion card, the popup function will not work. MathLib.prc and skin files must also be installed to RAM.
Crystal Popup Suite in unregistered mode will display reminder screens about registering the product. Additionally, Cystal Popup Suite can be launched a maximum of 150 times in unregistered mode. Apart from these limitations, the application is fully functional.
To register Crystal Popup Suite, click the following link to visit the PalmGear Crystal Popup Suite page, and
