Install Pocket PC 2003, 2005:
Run setup.exe. Please overwrite all files during the
installation on your Pocket PC! Type "yes all". For
"Windows Mobile 2003, 2005" devices have look at:

Please install this runtime modul in main memory,
otherwise work it not!

Why should you replace system files during installation?

This program has been developed in Visual Basic and uses
some runtime files. Some manufacturers have added these
runtime files into the ROM of their PocketPC. This may
cause two problems:
- the files may have an older version than necessary even
the files date is newer
- the entries in the registry are missing or not up-to-date

Therefore we recommend to replace existing files. This action
will not change your ROM content, but place files in your RAM
and generate the required Registry entries. So you don't need
to worry about this. If you experience problems while not
installing with this option it is very likely this might
be caused by one of the two reasons mentioned above. Just
reinstall and chosse the option "Yes, all" and the program
will work properly.


If you have a Pocket PC 2002 then:
You'll have to download and install the
"Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 Update 1" or higher.

This is required for access to pocket-outlook
in the VB-program developed with visual basic.

Please visit the website of your device-
manufacturer - not Microsoft - and search for
an Update of your device. This is a flashRom-Update
and removes also other errors.

The updates are available for: Toshiba E54x,
E3xx, E7xx, Casio E200, HP 56x, iPaq 36xx,
37xx, 38xx.

You bought your pocket pc lately ? Then you
won't need not this update.

Notes:
Installation is quite simple. Just extract all
files to a folder on your PC and start "setup.exe".
The installation program will do the rest automatically.

It might occur that the setup-program will ask you to
overwrite existing files on your PocketPC. In this case,
always keep the newer files. In case, the program is not working,
please re-install and choose to overwrite the existing files
(pvbload.exe and 4 dll files). The reason for that is
quite simple. Microsoft and some manufacturer add the
required program files to the ROM as part of their OS
giving them the date of the OS without adding the
required keys to the registry. This might cause this
program to not working properly. Reinstallating and
overwriting these files will fix the problem.
