    • Installing/Upgrading

    1. Using the installer (WorldMate.exe):
      Run the installer (WorldMate.exe) and perform a HotSync to complete the installation.

    2. Using a packed file (WorldMate.zip or WorldMate.sit):
      1. Extract the packed file.
      2. Open the Palm Desktop program group, and select the "Palm Install Tool".
        The Palm Install Tool dialog box appears.
      3. In the User Name drop-down menu, choose the User Name that corresponds to your Palm Device.
      4. Click the Browse button to locate the 'WorldMate.prc' file.
      5. Click on the Install button, and click Exit on the dialog that appears.
      6. Set your Palm in the cradle and perform a HotSync.

    3. Upgrading from a previous version of IOUMate:
      Install the new WorldMate version and WorldMate·s PC Conduit software into your PC & Handheld device, as described above. The new version will replace the one you currently have.
      Note: There is NO need to delete the previous version, it will be replaced automatically, and all data will remain untouched.

    Minimum Requirements

    IOUMate works on OS 3.0 (Palm III) and above.
    At least 250kb free memory is required.
