  • Tap the Beam Beam icon to beam selected text to the Memo Pad application on another handheld.
  • Tap the Print Print icon to print selected text to a printer by the IR port.

By default, RNS:: Toolbar+ adds the Beam Beam, the Print Print, and the Go To Go To icons. While the "Beam" and "Go To" commands can be used without additional configuration, the "Print" command requires that you preselect an IR printing manager.

The picture shows the Printing Options screen available from the main RNS:: Toolbar+ screen. Before you can print selections with RNS:: Toolbar+, you must choose a manager. Currently the following IR printing managers are supported:

3) Power Tips
  • You can add up to 7 icons, but due to the presence of other (application specific) icons not always all of them can be displayed.
  • For convenience, it is advised not to exceed the number of 3 additional commands.
  • If there is no selected text but the cursor is present in a text field, the commands operate on the whole field.
  • If a text field is not editable, only the following commands are available: Beam Beam, Beam Send, Print Print, Present Present, and Go To Go To.
  • Should you need to uninstall RNS:: Toolbar+ uncheck the Active Active checkbox first.
