    DESCRIPTION
    The goal is to find all the words hidden in a random grid...

    Brief online instructions are available by tapping the game title and sound can be disabled with the icon in the upper right corner.

    The first screen (on the right) is essentially used for the management of the words sets that have to be found in the random grid. It's devided in two parts, an upper part dedicated to sets management and a lower part to manage the words defined in the above selected set.

    First select one of the predefined words sets or enter some new data.

    To enter your own words, you will first have to create a new set by entering a set name in the upper right edit field, then click the upper Create button.

    Once a set is selected, its words are displayed in the lower listbox and new words can be added and existent words can be renamed or removed.
    Press the play button to start the game.
    You will have to find the words from the selected set that are hidden in the grid. Words can be placed horizontally, vertically and diagonally.

    Once the game has started, you can press the UP/DOWN key at any time to display the game control dialogbox is a remainder for the words still hidden, and also allows to stop the game or display a given word you cannot locate.

    How quick do you find all the words hidden in the random grid ?

    REQUIREMENTS

    This software requires the SuperWaba Java Virtual Machine (JVM).
    This software installation does not provide the Superwaba runtime environment.
    You will have to download your device specific Superwaba install from http://www.superwaba.org/install by following the provided installation instructions.

    This software was built with SuperWaba 4.0a that supports :

  • PalmOS / PalmOS5
  • PocketPC

    • Among the Superwaba runtime files, you need :

  • the Virtual Machine runtime (i.e. SuperWaba.prc for palmOS)
  • the device abstraction layer (i.e. SWNatives.prc for palmOS)
  • the Superwaba JDK runtime (i.e. SuperWaba.pdb for palmOS)
  • specific fonts for palmOS5 only (5SW.pdb)
  • the device independent game extension library : XPlatGame.pdb
  • the device independent properties extension library : XPlatUtilProps.pdb

    • INSTALLATION
    1. Extract the files from the zip archive.

    2. In windows explorer, select one of the following folders:

      -palmOS: and double click on the .pdb and .prc files to start your install tool for PalmOS.
      -WinCE: and double click on the .bat to install the right CAB file corresponding to your device.

    3. Click one of the resource file below to customize the game.

    4. Perform a HOTSYNC (PalmOS) to install the program on your handheld.

    UN-INSTALLATION

    (Even if I do not really see the purpose of this section ;-)
    You may remove the game by using the "delete" option from the launcher. All related database files will be removed also. You can delete SuperWaba in the same way by removing "SuperWaba" & "SWNatives". But I recommend to keep it in your PDA to take benefit of other great SuperWaba based programs.
